Organized
League success starts with having a good solid core group- and a leadership team that compliments them. Micromanaging rules, dictatorship, bias, and demanding respect never fares well. AAC prides itself on having a system, a flow to that system, and ensuring that system fits the league.

Competitive
For each league, we look to take the best players we've come across and bring them into the AAC family. This does not always work out, as the competition can become very intense. However, those that survive our leagues benefit from the challenge. Newcomers are constantly asked to respect: Humble.

Final Star
Fun.
This is where it becomes tricky. If the league is not fun- why even participate? AAC attempts to create a positive atmosphere for its users to ensure all enjoy playing and return for more. AAC takes chances, is always open to ideas, and listens to the users. A good league is strong because of its users.
